Description:

A very rare figure of a dancing Chinaman holding a cornucopia. First modelled by Paul Scheurich in 1928. This example c.1930. An example is shown on page 66 of Meisserner Manuskripte Sonderband V111. Paul Scheurich, where it is stated that between 1928 and 1933 only twenty examples of the dancing Chinaman with a  cornucopia were sold, of which only three are known to exist today.
